1. Use of Service

CypherSec provides tools for cybersecurity threat intelligence and malware scanning. You agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes related to cybersecurity operations, analysis, or research.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or attempting to breach platform security
• Abusing the lookup system to scan non-consensual or private targets
• Using CypherSec for illegal, unethical, or surveillance activities without permission

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, jeopardizing platform security, or engaging in abusive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

CypherSec is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published implies acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified.
